Déjà vu greeted me once again at CLICKS in Centrepoint Milnerton yesterday afternoon. Not enough cashiers with quite a few staff members marking time at the side-counter occupied with the now familiar 'stock-taking' activities. Only after requesting service did a couple of staff members appear from elsewhere to deliver their core job function. And all of this while the manager was standing with her back to the main point of sale area.
