Vernon Chalmers will be lecturing a Project and Financial Management module once a week at the GCM of Cape Peninsula University of Technology's Somerset Square Campus.
This one year module will focus on the introductory elements required for understanding the application of Project and Financial Management in the South African government and public management environment.
